Setup Guide

  1. Mount the Mirror Dash Cam: Secure the K17 Pro mirror dash cam over your existing rearview mirror using the provided straps. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not obstruct your view.
  2. Install the Rear Camera: Mount the backup camera at the rear of your vehicle, typically above the license plate or inside the rear window. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the road behind.
  3. Route the Rear Camera Cable: Connect the rear camera to the main dash cam unit using the 21ft cable. Carefully route the cable along the vehicle's headliner and trim to conceal it and prevent interference with driving.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket) and connect the other end to the dash cam's power input.
  5. Insert SD Card: Insert the provided 64GB microSD card into the dash cam's designated slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly until it clicks into place.
  6. GPS Module Connection: If using the GPS function, ensure the GPS module is connected to the dash cam and placed in a location with a clear view of the sky (e.g., on the dashboard).
