1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ceamorfco AP-20 85Kpa Vacuum Sealer Machine. This device is designed to preserve food freshness by removing air from specially designed bags and containers, then sealing them. Its powerful dual-pump motor and versatile operating modes make food preservation simple and efficient. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and optimal use.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. If the appliance malfunctions or is damaged, contact customer support.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Keep the appliance away from hot surfaces, such as gas or electric burners, or heated ovens.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
  • Use only accessories and attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not vacuum seal liquids directly. For liquids, freeze them first or use the "Moist" mode with caution, ensuring no liquid enters the vacuum chamber.

4. Product Overview

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Preparation

  1. Unpack the vacuum sealer and all accessories.
  2. Place the machine on a flat, stable, and dry surface.
  3. Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and plug it into a 110V AC outlet.
  4. Open the lid and ensure the sealing strip and vacuum chamber are clean and free of debris.

5.2 Using the Built-in Cutter and Bag Storage

  1. Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  2. Insert a vacuum sealer roll bag into the storage compartment. The compartment can hold rolls up to 11.8 inches wide.
  3. Pull the desired length of bag material over the sealing strip.
  4. Use the built-in cutter to cut the bag to your preferred size. Ensure a straight cut for optimal sealing.
  5. To create a bag from a roll, place one end of the cut bag over the sealing strip, close the lid, and press the Seal button.

6. Operating Instructions

The ceamorfco AP-20 features an 8-in-1 LED touch control panel for various sealing needs.

6.1 Basic Vacuum Sealing (Dry/Moist Modes)

  1. Place the food item inside a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space between the food and the open end of the bag.
  2. Open the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  3. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat across the sealing strip and does not cover the air intake.
  4. Close the lid firmly until it clicks into place. The magnetic properties will help secure it.
  5. Select the appropriate mode:
    • Press Dry Vac Seal for dry food items (e.g., nuts, grains, crackers).
    • Press Moist Vac Seal for moist or frozen food items (e.g., raw meat, cooked vegetables).
  6. The machine will automatically vacuum the air and then seal the bag. The LED indicator will flash during the process and stop when complete.
  7. Once the light stops flashing, the upper pressing plate will release. Open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

6.2 Manual Vacuum Sealing (for Fragile Foods)

Use the Manual mode for delicate items that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure.

  1. Prepare the bag and food as described in Section 6.1, steps 1-3.
  2. Close the lid firmly.
  3. Press and hold the Manual button. The machine will begin vacuuming.
  4. Monitor the vacuum process. Release the Manual button when the desired air removal is achieved.
  5. Immediately press the Seal button to seal the bag.
  6. Once sealing is complete, open the lid and remove the bag.

6.3 Sealing Only (No Vacuum)

To create a seal without vacuuming, for example, to make a bag from a roll or reseal snack bags:

  1. Place the open end of the bag flat across the sealing strip.
  2. Close the lid firmly.
  3. Press the Seal button. The machine will heat and seal the bag without vacuuming.
  4. Once sealing is complete, open the lid and remove the bag.

6.4 External Vacuum System

The external vacuum function allows you to vacuum seal compatible containers and zipper bags.

  1. Ensure the container or zipper bag is designed for vacuum sealing and has a compatible port.
  2. Connect one end of the external air suction hose to the external vacuum port on the side of the vacuum sealer.
  3. Connect the other end of the hose to the port on your vacuum container or zipper bag.
  4. Press the External Vac button. The machine will begin to remove air.
  5. The LED light will flash during the process and stop when the vacuum is complete.
  6. Remove the hose from both the machine and the container/bag.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

7.1 Cleaning the Drip Tray

The magnetic drip tray is designed for easy removal and cleaning, especially after sealing moist foods.

  1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Gently pull out the magnetic drip tray from the front of the vacuum sealer.
  3. Wash the drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinserting.
  4. To reinsert, align the tray and push it back into place until the magnets secure it.

7.2 General Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  3. Clean the vacuum chamber and sealing strip with a damp cloth. Ensure no food particles or moisture remain.
  4. Allow all parts to dry completely before storing or next use.

8. Troubleshooting
