4. Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully to install your AloveH Smart Fingerprint Door Lock. A Phillips screwdriver is required for installation.
4.1 Pre-installation Steps
- Open the cylinder hole cover on the front panel.
- Insert the cylinder into the designated slot.
- Cut the flat cylinder strip according to your door's thickness. Ensure two grids ahead of the cylinder fixing holder are exposed for optimal results.
- Place the rubber mat on the back of the front panel.
- Guide the connecting wire from the front panel through the door hole to the back.
4.2 Mounting the Lock Components
- Hold the front panel in place on the door.
- Fix the cylinder holder on the inside of the door using the connecting stud screws and fastening screws.
- Align the buckle plate to the rim lock and secure it with screws.
- Fix the buckle with the buckle connecting stud screws and fastening screws.
- Connect the front panel wire to the rim lock joint.
- Connect the battery case wire to the rim lock joint. Insert 4 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery case.
- Cover the rim lock with its cover and secure it with the stud screws.

5. Setup and Configuration
The AloveH Smart Fingerprint Door Lock offers multiple ways to grant and manage access. All electronic access methods are managed via the TT Lock App.
5.1 TT Lock App Setup
- Download the TT Lock App from your device's app store or by visiting https://www.pgyer.com/Ptdq.
- Create an account and log in.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and ensure you are within close proximity to the lock.
- In the app, tap "Add Lock" and select your AloveH Smart Lock from the list of discovered devices.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to pair the lock with your app.

5.2 Adding Fingerprints
The lock supports storage for up to 200 fingerprints.
- In the TT Lock App, navigate to the "Fingerprints" section.
- Tap "Add Fingerprint" and follow the instructions to register your fingerprint by placing your finger on the sensor multiple times.
5.3 Setting Up Passcodes
You can create unlimited DIY passwords through the app.
- In the TT Lock App, go to the "Passcodes" section.
- Choose the type of passcode (e.g., permanent, timed, one-time) and generate it.
- Share the passcode with authorized users.
5.4 Registering IC Cards
The lock supports up to 7 IC cards.
- In the TT Lock App, select the "IC Cards" section.
- Tap "Add IC Card" and present the IC card to the lock's card sensor when prompted.
5.5 Optional Wi-Fi Gateway (G2)
For remote access and smart home integration, an optional G2 Wi-Fi gateway is required (sold separately).
- Plug in the G2 Wi-Fi gateway within Bluetooth range of your smart lock.
- In the TT Lock App, navigate to "Gateway" and follow the instructions to add and configure the gateway to your Wi-Fi network.
- Once connected, you can remotely lock/unlock your door and integrate with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant.

6. Operation
6.1 Unlocking the Door
- Fingerprint: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor.
- Passcode: Enter your valid passcode on the keypad.
- IC Card: Present your registered IC card to the card sensor.
- TT Lock App: Use the unlock function within the app (via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi gateway).
- Mechanical Key: Insert the physical key into the keyhole and turn to unlock.
6.2 Auto-Lock Function
The lock is equipped with an auto-lock feature. After the door closes, the built-in magnetic sensor will automatically engage the lock, providing added security without manual intervention.
6.3 Emergency Power
In the event of a low battery, the lock will issue alerts via the TT Lock app. If the batteries are completely depleted, you can use a standard USB power bank to temporarily power the lock via the USB charging port on the front panel for emergency access.

7. Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: The lock uses 4 AAA batteries. Monitor battery levels through the TT Lock app and replace all batteries when a low battery alert is received.
