Assembly typically requires two people and can take approximately 1-2 hours. Ensure you have sufficient space for assembly.
3.1. Prepare the Area
Choose a level and stable outdoor location for the kennel. Clear the area of any debris or obstacles.
3.2. Assemble the Base Frame
- Unpack all metal panels and identify the different types (side, front, back, door panel).

3.3. Install the Door Panel
The door panel can be installed on either the front or side of the kennel, depending on your preference and space requirements.
- Decide on the desired location for the main access door.
- Integrate the door panel into the frame using the designated connection points. Ensure the hinges operate smoothly and the safety latch engages securely.

3.4. Attach the Feeding Door
The feeding door with bowls is designed for convenient access to food and water.
- Locate the feeding door assembly. This typically attaches to a lower section of a panel.
- Secure the feeding door frame to the kennel panel. The bowls should rotate freely for easy filling and removal.

3.5. Install the Roof Frame and Cover
The roof provides protection from the elements. This step may require extra care and possibly a step stool.
- Assemble the roof frame components according to the diagrams.
- Carefully lift and secure the assembled roof frame onto the top of the kennel structure.
- Drape the waterproof PE cover over the roof frame. Ensure it is centered and covers the entire top area.
- Secure the cover using the elastic straps, threading them through the grommets on the cover and around the kennel frame. Ensure the cover is taut to prevent water accumulation.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Main Access Door
To open the main door, disengage the safety latch and pull the door open. Ensure the door is securely latched when your pet is inside.
4.2. Feeding Door
The feeding door allows you to provide food and water without entering the kennel. Simply rotate the bowls outwards, fill them, and rotate them back into position. Ensure the bowls are securely seated to prevent spills.
5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
The kennel can be easily cleaned by hosing it down with water. For deeper cleaning, use a mild pet-safe detergent and rinse thoroughly. Regularly remove pet waste to maintain hygiene.
5.2. Inspection
Periodically inspect all bolts, clamps, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Check the metal frame for any signs of rust or damage. Inspect the roof cover for tears, fading, or other wear, especially after severe weather. Replace any worn or damaged components promptly to maintain the kennel's integrity and safety.

6. Troubleshooting
- Kennel feels unstable: Ensure all bolts and clamps are tightened securely. Verify the kennel is placed on a flat, level surface. Consider anchoring the kennel to the ground for added stability, especially in windy conditions.
- Roof cover sags or collects water: Ensure the roof frame is correctly assembled and securely attached. Re-tighten the elastic straps to make the cover taut. The spire design is intended to prevent water accumulation, so check for proper installation.
- Door does not latch properly: Check for any obstructions in the latch mechanism. Ensure the door panel is correctly aligned within the frame.
- Signs of rust: While the kennel features a dual rust-resistant coating, prolonged exposure to harsh elements can still cause wear. Address any rust spots with appropriate rust-inhibiting paint to prevent further spread.
