1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing AZJSCNBE LED Strips. This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your new LED strips. These strips are designed for use with various 32-inch TV models, including 32HC3106, 32HS3023, 32HS3033, LB320T, 32HR332M06A0, and PB08D554173BL051. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and keep it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

• Ensure the power supply is disconnected before installation or maintenance.
• This product is not waterproof. Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.
• Use only a 5-volt mobile power supply for operation. Using an incorrect voltage may damage the product.
• Do not cut the LED strips. The length is fixed and cannot be altered.
• Keep out of reach of small children, although the strips operate at extremely low heat and are touchable.
• Avoid bending the strips sharply, as this may damage the internal circuitry.

5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install your LED strips:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where the LED strips will be applied is dry, clean, and flat. Dust, dirt, or moisture can compromise the adhesive.
2. Positioning: Carefully plan the layout of the strips. The flexible design allows for easy placement, and the corner-friendly power cord simplifies routing without requiring additional connectors or breaks.
3. Apply Adhesive: Peel off the backing from the adhesive side of the LED strip. Press the strip firmly onto the desired surface, ensuring good contact along its entire length.
4. Connect Power: Connect the power cord to a compatible 5-volt mobile power supply. Ensure the connection is secure.

6. Operating Instructions

Once installed and connected to a 5-volt mobile power supply, the LED strips will illuminate. These strips are designed for simple operation without complex controls.

• Ensure the 5-volt mobile power supply is switched on to activate the LED strips.
• The strips produce extremely low heat, making them safe to touch during operation.
• To turn off the LED strips, simply disconnect or switch off the 5-volt mobile power supply.

7. Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity of your LED strips:

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the strips with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Moisture: As the product is not waterproof, always keep it in a dry environment. Avoid installation in areas prone to splashes or high humidity.
• Storage: If storing the strips, ensure they are kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LED strips, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Strips not lighting up:
  • Check if the 5-volt mobile power supply is correctly connected and switched on.
  • Ensure the power supply is functioning correctly. Try connecting another device to it.
  • Verify that the connectors between the strip and the power supply are secure.
• Flickering or inconsistent lighting:
  • Ensure the power supply is stable and providing consistent 5V output.
  • Check for any loose connections.
  • Inspect the strip for any visible damage or kinks.
