3. Setup & Installation

Placement:

This wine cooler is designed for built-in or under-counter installation. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. For proper fit, leave an extra 0.3 inches of height and width in the cabinet space.

Handle Installation:

The stainless steel door handle requires installation. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Gently pull away the door gasket (rubber seal) to expose the screw holes on the inside of the door frame.
2. Insert the screws through the door frame from the inside, aligning them with the handle's holes.
3. Align the handle with the installed screws on the exterior of the door.
4. Tighten the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver until the handle is flush and securely fastened against the doorframe.
5. Replace the door gasket to its original position, ensuring a tight seal.

Important Note: Insert screws through the door and align with handle holes before tightening. Screwing into the door first will prevent proper handle attachment.

4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

The wine cooler features a digital touchscreen control panel located at the top of the interior. This panel allows you to adjust temperature settings and control the internal lighting.

Setting Temperature:

The wine cooler has two independent temperature zones. To adjust the temperature for each zone:

1. Open the door of the desired zone to access its control panel.
2. Press and hold both the 'Up' (▲) and 'Down' (▼) arrow buttons simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds. The temperature display will begin to blink.
3. Use the 'Up' (▲) or 'Down' (▼) arrow buttons to set your desired temperature.
4. Once the desired temperature is set, the display will stop blinking after a few seconds, indicating the new setting is active.

The temperature range for both zones is 41-64°F (5-18°C).

Controlling Internal Lighting:

The wine cooler features internal LED lighting. To control the light:

• Locate the 'Light/Temperature Switch' button on the control panel (often indicated by a light bulb icon).
• Press this button to turn the internal LED light on or off.
• The LED light will automatically turn off after ten minutes of inactivity to conserve energy.

Cleaning:

• Interior: Clean the interior regularly with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. For stainless steel, use a stainless steel cleaner.
• Door Gasket: Clean the door gasket regularly to ensure a proper seal.
• Shelves: The beech wood shelves can be removed and wiped clean with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before placing them back.

Defrosting:

This appliance features an automatic defrost system (frost-free), eliminating the need for manual defrosting. Any accumulated frost will melt and evaporate automatically.
