Troubleshooting

Q: The battery is charged fully, why the vacuum couldn't turn on?
- Please install the battery pack on the vacuum cleaner, ensure the battery clicks securely into the designated groove on the machine. If it's not aligned properly, the vacuum may not turn on.
- Unplug the power cord to turn it on. The vacuum cleaner cannot turn on while it's charging.
- If the vacuum cleaner still cannot work, please record a video and contact Customer Service.
Q: Why won't the battery charge?
- Ensure you are using the original charger, which has a Trucozie T351 logo on the label, and the charger is properly plugged in.
- Check the charger and the cable for any damages.
- Check whether the battery indicator blinks red or green.
- Record a video of battery charging and contact Customer Service.
Q: Why the vacuum stops picking up debris?
- Take out the HEPA filter and the metal filter, and check if they are dirty. If the filters haven't been cleaned for a long time, please follow the manual to clean them.
- Please re-install the filters properly.
- Please check the extension tube for any blockages.
- If the issue persists, please record a video of the problem and contact Customer service.
Q: Why does the floor brush stop rotating?
- Take off the brush roller, and re-install it to make sure the roller is installed correctly.
- Try to turn the floor brush, see if it can be smoothly moved.
- If the floor brush still won't rotate, remove the conductive tube and connect the floor brush directly to the main unit.
- If the issue still exists, please record a video and contact Customer Service.
