1. Product Overview

The JUJIANG SM18-03W WiFi Controller is a smart device designed to provide remote control and automation capabilities for automatic swing and sliding gate openers, as well as garage door openers. 3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Important Pre-Installation Note

When pressing the SW1 button during setup, it is essential to maintain pressure for a complete 10 seconds until the indicator light begins alternating between 'fast and slow flashes', not just flashing quickly. This indicates the device is in the correct network configuration mode.

3.2 Wiring Connections

The SM18-03W WiFi controller requires a 12-24V DC power supply. It can be powered directly through the control board of your gate opener. CH1, CH2, and CH3 on the controller correspond to the three control buttons within the app. These channels can be linked to the appropriate ports on your gate opener's control board (e.g., '2SIDE', '1SIDE', 'START', 'OPEN', 'STOP', 'CLOSE') to control the motors.

3.3 App Download and Device Pairing

To control your SM18-03W, download the XHouse IOT app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Register an account and follow the in-app instructions to connect your WiFi controller. Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz.

The device pairing process involves selecting 'Receiver (WiFi+RF)' in the app, entering your WiFi password, and confirming the connection. The indicator light on the device will change to a steady light once successfully connected.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 App Remote Control

Once connected, you can control your gate from anywhere using the XHouse IOT app on your smartphone. This provides ultimate convenience, allowing you to open or close your gate whether you are at home or away.

4.2 Voice Control Integration

The XHouse IOT app supports integration with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT. This allows for hands-free voice control of your gate opener. Simply link your XHouse IOT account to these services and use voice commands to operate your gate.

4.3 Timer and Delay Functions
