4. Setup and Installation

The KIRKAS magnifying lamp offers two installation methods: using the heavy-duty square base or the desktop C-clamp.

4.1. Using the Heavy-Duty Square Base

1. Insert the bottom pole of the adjustable arm into the designated hole on the heavy-duty square base.
2. Tighten the knob on the side of the base to secure the arm in place.
3. Connect the USB power cable to the lamp head and then to the USB power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.

4.2. Using the Desktop C-Clamp

1. Attach the C-clamp to the edge of a desk, table, or workbench. Ensure the foam pads are positioned to protect the surface.
2. Tighten the clamp securely using the screw mechanism until it is stable.
3. Insert the bottom pole of the adjustable arm into the hole on the C-clamp.

5.1. Power On/Off and Light Adjustment

1. Press the power button located on the lamp head to turn the light on or off.
2. Brightness Adjustment: Use the left knob on the lamp head to adjust the brightness. Rotate clockwise to increase brightness and counter-clockwise to decrease it. The lamp features stepless dimming from 0% to 100%.
3. Color Temperature Adjustment: Use the right knob on the lamp head to adjust the color temperature. Rotate clockwise to increase the color temperature (cooler light) and counter-clockwise to decrease it (warmer light). The adjustment range is 2500K to 8500K.
4. Memory Function: The lamp will remember your last brightness and color temperature settings when turned off and on again.
