5. Setup

  3. Resistance Bands (Optional): If desired, attach the resistance bands to the designated attachment points on the sides of the platform.
  4. Initial Check: Ensure the power switch on the side of the machine is in the OFF position before plugging it in.

6. Operation

6.1 Powering On and Basic Use

  1. Flip the main power switch on the side of the machine to the ON position. The LED display will illuminate.
  2. Step onto the platform. For initial use, stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Press the 'Start' button on the control panel or the 'ON' button on the remote control to begin vibration.
  4. Use the '+/-' buttons on the control panel or 'Speed +/-' on the remote to adjust the vibration intensity (levels 1-99).
  5. Use the 'Time +/-' buttons on the remote or 'Time/PRO' on the control panel to set your desired exercise duration.
  6. To stop the vibration, press the 'Stop' button on the control panel or 'Pause' on the remote.
  7. When finished, turn off the main power switch on the side of the machine.

6.2 Adjustable Vibration Speed

The machine offers 99 levels of vibration speed. Start with lower speeds and gradually increase as you become comfortable. The LED display will show the current speed setting.

7. Exercise Modes and Intensity Zones

7.1 Pre-set Programs (PRG Mode)

The machine includes pre-set programs that automatically vary speed and time. Press the 'PRG Mode' button on the control panel or 'Cycle' on the remote to cycle through available programs.

8. Bluetooth Connectivity
