Product Overview

The BAIESHIJI Upgraded Scent Air Machine utilizes advanced cold air diffusion technology to convert essential oils into micro-particles, efficiently scenting spaces up to 2000 sq.ft. Designed for both home and commercial use, this waterless diffuser offers personalized fragrance control via a Bluetooth-enabled app.

Setup Guide

Unboxing and Initial Placement:

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the scent air machine on a stable, flat surface or mount it securely on a wall. Ensure it is within reach of a power outlet.

Filling the Essential Oil Bottle:

1. Locate the 400ML essential oil bottle within the device.
2. Carefully unscrew the cap of the bottle.
3. Pour your desired essential oil into the bottle. Do not overfill.
4. Securely screw the cap back onto the bottle.
5. Insert the filled bottle back into the machine, ensuring it is properly seated.

HVAC System Connection (Optional):

For wider scent distribution in larger areas, the machine can be connected to an HVAC system. Follow these steps:

1. Connect the provided PU tube to the designated port on the scent machine.
2. Measure the appropriate height and length of the PU tube required to reach your AC duct.
3. Cut the PU tube to the measured length. Ensure the tube is not excessively long, as this can weaken mist output efficiency.
4. Insert the cut end of the PU tube into the AC duct.
5. Plug in the device to power it on.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Plug the power adapter into the machine and a wall outlet. The device will power on automatically. To turn off, unplug the device.

Bluetooth App Control:

The primary method for controlling your scent machine is through the "Scent Marketing" app, available for iOS and Android devices.

1. Download the "Scent Marketing" app from your device's app store.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your BAIESHIJI Scent Air Machine. The default password for the app is 8888.
4. Once connected, you can:
   • Adjust scent concentration (20 levels available).
   • Set up to 5 different operating schedules.
   • Control the fan switch.
   • Monitor real-time oil consumption and remaining oil levels.

Operation Without App:

If you choose not to use the app, the machine will operate on a default cycle:

• Work for 15 seconds.
• Pause for 300 seconds.
• Repeat this cycle continuously.

This default operation is normal and indicates the machine is functioning correctly, even if it appears to pause for extended periods.

Maintenance

The BAIESHIJI Scent Air Machine is designed for minimal maintenance due to its waterless operation. However, regular care ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Essential Oil Bottle Refill:

Refill the 400ML essential oil bottle as needed. The frequency will depend on your usage and concentration settings. The app provides real-time oil monitoring to help you track levels.

Cleaning the Diffuser Nozzle:

It is recommended to clean the diffuser nozzle and the essential oil bottle with rubbing alcohol every two oil changes or when switching to a different type of essential oil. This prevents clogging and ensures pure scent diffusion.

1. Remove the essential oil bottle from the machine.
2. Empty any remaining oil.
3. Pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol into the bottle.
4. Reinsert the bottle into the machine and run the device for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to clean the internal components and nozzle.
5. Remove the bottle and allow it to air dry completely before refilling with essential oil.

Note: Do not use water for cleaning the internal components or nozzle, as this is a waterless diffuser.
