Important Safety Information

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank lid on the main unit. Fill the 0.6-gallon (2.2-liter) water tank with clean tap water. Do not overfill. Close the lid securely.
  3. Attach Hose: Connect the detachable hose to the main unit by aligning the connectors and pushing firmly until it clicks into place.

Getting Started

  1. Power On: Press the power button on the main unit. The unit will begin heating up.
  2. Heat-Up Time: The steam cleaner will produce steam in approximately 50 seconds, reaching optimal temperatures of 230°F-260°F (110°C-126°C). The display will indicate when it's ready.
  3. Expel Condensed Water: Before applying steam to your desired surface, point the attachment away from yourself and others, and press the steam trigger to release any condensed water that may have accumulated in the hose. This ensures dry steam for effective cleaning.

Using the Steam Cleaner

The GROBELL Steam Cleaner offers both dry and wet steam modes. You can add water at any time during operation without closing the water tank lid or waiting for the unit to cool down.

General Cleaning:

  • Hold the attachment close to the surface you wish to clean. The closer the attachment, the hotter and more effective the steam will be.
  • Move the attachment slowly over the surface to allow the steam to penetrate and loosen dirt.
  • Wipe away loosened dirt with a clean cloth or the microfiber pad.

  • Floors (Laminate, Tile, Hardwood): Use the mop head with a microfiber pad. For stubborn spots, use a brush attachment.
  • Upholstery & Fabrics (Sofa, Car Seats, Mattresses, Curtains): Always use the fiber cap over the nozzle or brush to protect delicate materials. Move quickly to avoid oversaturation.
  • Grout & Tile: Use the nylon or brass brushes for effective cleaning of grout lines.
  • Windows & Glass: Attach the squeegee tool. Steam the surface, then use the squeegee to wipe clean.
  • Kitchen & Bathroom Surfaces (Ovens, Grills, Showers, Toilets): Use appropriate brushes or nozzles for targeted cleaning.
  • Wallpaper Removal: The triangular brush can be used to loosen wallpaper for easier removal.

Maintenance

After Each Use:

  • Unplug and Cool Down: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
  • Empty Water Tank: Drain any remaining water from the tank.
