Setup Guide
Follow these steps to properly set up your Govee HDMI 2.1 Sync Box Kit 2 for optimal performance.
1. Prepare the Monitor Surface
Before attaching the light strip, ensure the back of your monitor is clean and free of dust or oils. Use the provided alcohol prep pads for best adhesion.

2. Install the Light Strip
Carefully peel the adhesive backing from the RGBIC light strip and apply it along the edges of the back of your monitor. Ensure it is firmly pressed down for secure attachment.

3. Secure Corner Connections
Use the provided mounting clips to fasten down the light strip's corner connections, ensuring they remain flat and secure against the monitor's surface.
4. Assemble Light Bar Bases
Attach the light bars to their respective bases. Ensure a stable connection for proper placement on your desk or entertainment unit.
5. Connect Power and HDMI Cables
Connect the power adapter to the sync box and a power outlet. Connect your HDMI source devices (e.g., PC, game console) to the HDMI IN ports on the sync box, and then connect the HDMI OUT port to your monitor. Also, connect the light bars and light strip to the designated ports on the sync box.

6. Power On and Link with Govee Home App
Power on the sync box and your display. Download the latest version of the Govee Home app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your Govee AI Sync Box Kit 2 and complete the setup, including light strip calibration.

HDMI 2.1 Interface

CogniGlow Technology

HDR, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision Note
When HDR, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision is enabled, the saturation of the light's color might decrease. This is a normal characteristic due to the functional properties. You can adjust the saturation within the Govee Home app to achieve your desired lighting effect.
Maintenance
