3. Setup
3.1 Initial Use
- Remove Protective Film: A thin plastic film protects the screen during shipping. Gently peel it off before first use for clear visibility.
- Button Identification: Familiarize yourself with the stopwatch buttons:

- LAP+SPLIT (A): Used for lap/split timing and setting adjustments.
- RECALL (B): Used to view stored lap/split times.
- START-STOP (C): Used to start, stop, and reset the timer.
- LIGHT: Activates the backlight.
- MODE: Switches between different operating modes (Time, Stopwatch, Alarm, Countdown, Pacer, Rowing).
3.2 Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the Time Mode (indicated by SU, MO, TU, etc., and current time) is displayed.
- In Time Mode, press and hold the START-STOP button until the display flashes, indicating setting mode.
- Use the LAP+SPLIT button to adjust the flashing value (e.g., seconds, minutes, hours).
- Press the RECALL button to move to the next setting (e.g., from seconds to minutes).
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to set the year, month, date, and 12/24-hour format.
- Press START-STOP again to exit setting mode.

4.1 Stopwatch Mode (Normal Timing)
- Press MODE until "STOPWATCH" or similar indicator appears.
- Press START-STOP to begin timing.
- Press LAP+SPLIT to record a lap time. The display will show the lap time while the main timer continues in the background.
- Press START-STOP again to pause the timer.
- Press START-STOP to resume, or press and hold to reset to zero.
4.2 Stopwatch L Mode (Cumulative Timing)
This mode is for cumulative lap timing. The display will show the total time and individual lap times.
- Press MODE until "STOPWATCH L" or similar indicator appears.
- Operation is similar to Normal Stopwatch Mode, but lap times accumulate.
- Use RECALL to view stored lap times (up to 10 laps).
4.3 Alarm Mode
- Press MODE until "ALARM" is displayed.
- Press and hold START-STOP to enter alarm setting mode.
- Use LAP+SPLIT to adjust the hour/minute.
- Use RECALL to switch between hour and minute settings.
- Press START-STOP to confirm and exit.
- Press LAP+SPLIT to toggle the alarm ON/OFF.
4.4 Countdown Timer Mode
- Press MODE until "TIMER" or "TR" is displayed.
- Press and hold START-STOP to enter setting mode.
- Set the desired countdown time (up to 9 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds) using LAP+SPLIT to adjust and RECALL to move between units.
- Press START-STOP to confirm.
- Press START-STOP to start the countdown. Press again to pause/resume.
- When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm will sound.
4.5 Pacer Mode
The Pacer mode provides a rhythmic beep to help maintain a consistent pace.
- Press MODE until "PACER" or "PACE" is displayed.
- Press and hold START-STOP to enter setting mode.
- Use LAP+SPLIT to adjust the pacer frequency (10 to 320 beats per minute).
- Press START-STOP to confirm and start the pacer.
- Press START-STOP again to stop the pacer.
4.6 Rowing Mode
This mode is designed to measure and display rowing times for specific periods.
- Press MODE until "ROWING" is displayed.
- Follow on-screen prompts or refer to specific rowing instructions for your training regimen.
4.7 Backlight Function
Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display for a few seconds. This is useful in low-light conditions.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Wipe the stopwatch with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
5.2 Battery Replacement
