Charging the Battery

Loading Staples and Brad Nails

This 2-in-1 tool supports both JT21 staples (5/32" to 3/8" length) and 18 Gauge brad nails (3/8" length). Ensure you use the correct fastener type and size for your project.

  • Ensure the tool is powered off and disconnected from any charging source.
  • Locate the magazine release latch at the bottom of the tool. Press it to open the magazine.
  • For Staples: Insert the staples upside down into the magazine. The crown (top) of the staple should face downwards.
  • For Brad Nails: Insert the brad nails on the left side of the magazine.
  • Slide the magazine closed until it clicks securely into place.
  • Check the magazine window to confirm fasteners are loaded correctly.

Operating Instructions

Firing the Tool (Triple Safety Mechanism)

The NEU MASTER Electric Staple Gun features a triple safety mechanism to prevent accidental firing. All three steps must be performed in sequence for the tool to operate.

  • Step 1: Press the Safety Switch: Locate the safety switch, typically near the handle, and press it to disengage the primary lock.
  • Step 2: Fully Press the Safety Device (Contact Trip) against the Workpiece: Place the nose of the tool firmly and squarely against the material you intend to fasten. The safety device must be fully depressed.
  • Step 3: Pull the Trigger: While maintaining firm pressure on the workpiece and with the safety switch pressed, pull the trigger to fire the fastener.

Release the trigger and lift the tool from the workpiece after each shot. Do not force the tool if it does not fire; refer to the Troubleshooting section.
