4. Safety Information

5. Setup and Initial Use

5.1 Initial Charging

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the inflator's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible 30W PD (Power Delivery) wall adapter (not included) or a car's 12V outlet using the cigarette lighter wire.
  3. The digital display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours with a 30W PD adapter.

5.2 Attaching the Air Hose and Nozzle

  1. Screw the air hose securely onto the inflator's air outlet.
  2. Select the appropriate nozzle for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., Presta valve adapter for bicycles, needle connector for balls, general connector for other inflatables).
  3. Attach the selected nozzle to the end of the air hose.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • Press and hold the power button (usually the central button) for a few seconds to turn the inflator on or off.
  • The digital display will illuminate upon power-on.

6.2 Setting Pressure Units

  • With the inflator powered on, short press the unit button (often labeled 'M' or a similar icon) to cycle through available pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm².
  • Select the desired unit.

6.3 Selecting Preset Modes and Customizing Pressure

The inflator offers four preset modes and a customizable manual mode.

  1. Select Mode: Press the mode button (often represented by icons like car, motorcycle, bike, ball) to cycle through the preset modes. Each mode has a default pressure setting.
  2. Adjust Preset Pressure: Once a mode is selected, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure to your desired value. The display will show both the current pressure and the target preset pressure.
  3. Manual Mode: If no preset mode suits your needs, you can use the '+' and '-' buttons to set a custom target pressure directly.

6.4 Starting Inflation

  1. Connect the air hose with the appropriate nozzle securely to the valve stem of the item to be inflated.
  2. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent air leakage.
  3. Press the power/start button to begin inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
  4. Monitor the real-time pressure on the digital display during inflation.

6.5 Cordless and Wired Operation

The Thmomex P235-09 can operate cordlessly using its internal battery or be powered directly from a vehicle's 12V outlet.

  • Cordless: For maximum portability, use the inflator powered by its 20000mAh internal battery.
  • Wired: If the battery is low or for extended use, connect the provided cigarette lighter wire to your car's 12V outlet and to the inflator. This allows continuous operation without relying on the internal battery.

7. Emergency Light and Power Bank Function

7.1 Emergency Light

The inflator includes a built-in LED emergency light with three modes for visibility in low-light conditions or emergencies.

  • To activate the light, locate the dedicated light button (refer to the device's interface).
  • Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the light modes (e.g., steady on, flashing, SOS).
