1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your blood pressure monitor:

5. Setup
5.1 Power Supply
The monitor can be powered by either AAA batteries or a USB power cable.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the device. Insert 4 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- USB Power: Connect the provided USB cable to the monitor's USB port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port).
5.2 Connecting the Cuff
Insert the air plug of the upper arm cuff firmly into the cuff connector port on the side of the main unit.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Before Measurement
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
- Ensure the cuff is applied directly to your skin, not over clothing.
6.2 Applying the Cuff
- Sit upright and keep your body straight.
- Raise your palm and bring your arm parallel to your heart.
- Ensure your palm is facing upwards, with the air tube parallel to the artery.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert one finger between the cuff and your arm.
- Keep the cuff parallel to your heart with your palm facing up.

6.3 Taking a Measurement
- Once the cuff is correctly applied and you are in a relaxed position, press the ON/OFF button.
- The cuff will automatically inflate, and the measurement will begin. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- The device will deflate the cuff and display your Systolic pressure (SYS), Diastolic pressure (DIA), and Pulse rate (PUL/MIN) on the screen.
- The monitor may provide voice prompts (in English) for convenience.
- The display features a three-color backlight: white for normal blood pressure, orange for partial high blood pressure, and red for high blood pressure, based on WHO classification.

6.4 Memory Function
The monitor automatically stores the last 99 measurements for two users (User A and User B).
- To view stored records, press the "M" (Memory) button when the device is off or in standby mode.
- Press the "M" button repeatedly to scroll through previous measurements.
- To switch between User A and User B records, use the "S" (Set) button (refer to the full manual for detailed setting instructions).

7. Maintenance and Storage
- Cleaning: Wipe the main unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Storage: Store the device in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Battery Replacement: If the low battery indicator appears, replace all 4 AAA batteries with new ones. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
- Cuff Care: Ensure the cuff is not twisted or kinked during storage.
