2. Safety Instructions

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses or a face shield, gloves, and a respirator to protect against airborne particles.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace. Although the cabinet is designed for minimal dust leakage, proper airflow is crucial.
- Air Pressure: Do not exceed the maximum recommended working pressure of 120 PSI.
- Media Compatibility: Use only compatible blasting media such as glass beads, silicon sand, or aluminum oxide. Incompatible media can damage the equipment or pose safety risks.
- Electrical Safety: If the unit includes electrical components (e.g., lighting), ensure it is properly grounded and connected to a suitable power source. Disconnect power before performing maintenance.
- Stability: Place the cabinet on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping during operation.
3. Assembly

4. Setup
Proper setup ensures optimal performance and safety.
- Placement: Position the sandblasting cabinet on a sturdy, level workbench or surface.
- Air Compressor Connection: Connect your air compressor to the cabinet's air inlet. The cabinet operates efficiently with air pressure between 40-120 PSI and a minimum airflow of 5 CFM. It is recommended to use an inline air filter/moisture trap to prevent condensation from contaminating the blasting media.
- Media Loading: Load your chosen blasting media (e.g., glass beads, silicon sand, aluminum oxide) into the cabinet. The cabinet has a sand loading capacity of up to 33 lbs.
- Dust Collection: For enhanced cleanliness and safety, connect a shop vacuum or dust collector to the exhaust port of the cabinet. This significantly minimizes dust leakage during operation.
- Visibility: Ensure the acrylic window is clean and free of obstructions. The cabinet features bright LED lighting for excellent visibility of the workpiece. Remember to remove the thin protective film from the plexiglass before first use.

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for effective and safe sandblasting:
- Prepare Workpiece: Place the item to be blasted inside the cabinet. Ensure it is stable on the internal grate.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate ceramic nozzle size (4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, or 7mm) based on the desired precision and media type. Smaller nozzles provide finer detail and higher pressure concentration.
- Close Cabinet: Securely close the cabinet door and engage the window locks to prevent media escape.
- Activate Lighting: Turn on the internal LED lighting for clear visibility of the workpiece.
- Begin Blasting: Insert your hands into the integrated gloves. Hold the blasting gun and direct the nozzle towards the workpiece. Press the trigger to begin blasting. Adjust air pressure as needed for optimal results.
- Monitor Progress: Continuously monitor the blasting process through the acrylic window. The clear vision and bright lighting enhance efficiency.
- Finish Blasting: Release the trigger to stop blasting. Allow any airborne dust to settle before opening the cabinet door.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your sandblasting cabinet.
- Clean Cabinet: Periodically clean the interior of the cabinet to remove spent media and debris.
- Nozzle Inspection: Inspect ceramic nozzles regularly for wear. Replace worn nozzles to maintain blasting efficiency and prevent damage to the blasting gun.
- Air Filter Maintenance: Check and clean or replace the air filter as needed to ensure proper airflow and prevent dust buildup.
- Seal Integrity: Regularly inspect all seals and gaskets for wear or damage. Reapply sealant if any leaks are detected to maintain dust-free operation.
- Window Protection: Utilize the provided lens protectors to extend the life of the acrylic window. Replace them when visibility is compromised.
