4. Setup

4.1 Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge both 21V 4000mAh batteries using the provided charger. The charger typically indicates charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).

4.2 Mini Chainsaw Assembly & Chain Tension

The 6-inch mini chainsaw comes pre-assembled with a chain. Ensure the chain is properly tensioned. Use the provided wrench to adjust the chain tension knob if necessary. The chain should be snug but still able to move freely around the guide bar.

4.3 Attaching to Extension Pole

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Operation

5.3 Cutting with Pole Saw

For high branches, attach the mini chainsaw to the telescopic pole. Adjust the pole length and cutting angle as needed. Use the shoulder strap for added support and balance. Position the saw against the branch, ensuring a clear path for falling debris, and engage the trigger.

5.4 Operating Electric Pruning Shears

Attach the battery to the pruning shears for handheld use, or connect them to the telescopic pole for extended reach. The shears feature adjustable cutting diameters (0.6, 0.8, 1.2 inches) to suit various branch thicknesses. Press the safety button and squeeze the trigger to make clean, precise cuts.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Chain Lubrication

The 6-inch pole saw includes a precision oiler. Regularly fill the oil reservoir with appropriate chain lubricant (not included) to ensure smooth operation and extend chain life. Give the oiler a few pumps during use to lubricate the chain.
