6. Troubleshooting
- Q: Can BPMIO robot vacuum cleaners connect to a 5GHz WiFi network?
- A: Currently, the BPMIO robot vacuum only supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Q: Why does the B20 robot vacuum have only one side brush?
- A: This design facilitates efficient cleaning patterns and smart sensor-guided wall-edge cleaning.
- Q: Can the robot vacuum perform effectively on carpets?
- A: Yes, our robot vacuum can effectively clean low-pile carpets, with a maximum climbing height from hard floors to low-pile carpets of 20 millimeters. For shag carpets, we recommend setting up no-go zones to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck.
