3.1 Initial Battery Charge
Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the battery and then to a power outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
To power on the electric cycle, press and hold the power button on the M8 LCD Display. Repeat the action to power off.
5.2 Riding Modes
The Trex+ offers multiple riding modes:
- Pedal Assist System (PAS) Mode: Provides electric assistance as you pedal. The M8 LCD Display allows you to select from multiple PAS levels (e.g., 1-5), with higher levels offering more assistance. This mode offers a range of 45+ km.

5.3 Gear Shifting
Use the trigger shifter to change between the 7 Shimano Altus gears. Shift gears smoothly to match terrain and speed, avoiding abrupt changes under heavy load.
5.4 Braking
The Trex+ is equipped with disc brakes. Apply both front and rear brakes simultaneously for effective stopping. Practice braking in a safe area to understand the stopping distance and feel.
