800W Carbon Electric Radiant Heater for Indoor/Outdoor Use

Important Safety Information

Please read this entire instruction manual carefully before using your Haoteey Infrared Radiant Heater. Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire, electric shock, injury to persons, or property damage. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Tip-Over Protection: The heater is equipped with an internal safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over.
  • Overheat Protection: The heater will automatically shut off if it overheats. If this occurs, unplug the unit, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, and then plug it back in.
  • Safety Flocking Mesh Guard: A protective mesh guard with flocking is designed to minimize the risk of burns from direct contact with the heating element.
  • IPX4 Waterproof Rating: This heater is designed to withstand splashes of water from any direction, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas. However, it is not intended for use in bathrooms or areas where it may be directly exposed to heavy rain or standing water. Always ensure the power switch and cord are dry.
  • Always place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 3 feet) from combustible materials on all sides due to its 360-degree heat distribution.
  • Do not cover the heater or block its air inlets/outlets.
  • Unplug the heater when not in use or before cleaning.

Setup

The Haoteey Infrared Radiant Heater requires minimal setup. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or in case of return.
  2. Placement: Place the heater on a stable, flat, and non-combustible surface. Due to its 360-degree radiant heating, ensure it is positioned centrally in the area you wish to heat, away from walls, furniture, curtains, and other flammable objects. Maintain at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clear space around all sides of the heater.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the power switch on the base of the unit is in the 'OFF' (O) position. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

  2. Heat Output: The heater provides a consistent 800W of radiant heat. There are no adjustable heat settings; it operates at a single, efficient output.
  3. Power Off: To turn off the heater, flip the power switch back to the 'OFF' (O) position. Unplug the unit from the wall outlet when not in use.

  • Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, unplug it and allow it to cool. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
