4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air conditioner and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage.

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

5.2 Basic Operation

6.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.

  1. Power Off: Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Filter: Locate the air filter on the back or side of the unit (refer to diagram in packaging if unsure) and carefully pull it out.
  3. Clean Filter: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris. For heavy dirt, wash the filter gently with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Dry Filter: Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it. Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat.
  5. Reinstall Filter: Slide the dry filter back into its position.

6.2 Draining Water (Dehumidifier Mode)

  2. Position: Place a shallow pan or container under the drainage outlet (usually at the bottom rear of the unit).
