2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Assembly
The Gruwans bed frame is designed for easy assembly and is typically completed within 30 minutes with two people. All necessary tools are provided. Follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the carton. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Ensure all parts from Section 2 are present.
- Attach Headboard Legs: Secure the support legs to the upholstered wingback headboard using the provided hardware.
- Assemble Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially.
- Install Central Support: Attach the central metal support beam and its legs to the bed frame. This provides additional stability and prevents sagging.
- Place Wooden Slats: Roll out the wooden slats onto the bed frame. The slats feature a Velcro design to keep them securely in place and prevent movement.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts with the Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions
This platform bed frame is designed to support your mattress directly, eliminating the need for a box spring. The wood slat base provides breathable support, ensuring proper mattress ventilation and comfort.
- Mattress Placement: Carefully place your full-size mattress directly onto the wooden slats. The evenly distributed slats will provide optimal support.
- Weight Distribution: Ensure weight is distributed evenly across the bed frame. The maximum weight capacity is 800 pounds.
