Setup
Connecting to a Device
The EVICIV portable monitor supports various connection methods. Ensure your device has the necessary ports.
USB-C Connection (Single Cable Solution)
For devices with a full-featured USB-C port (supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode and power delivery), a single USB-C to USB-C cable can provide both video signal and power.
- Connect one end of the USB-C to USB-C cable to the monitor's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C to USB-C cable to your device's full-featured USB-C port.
- The monitor should automatically detect the signal and power on.
Note: If your device's USB-C port does not provide sufficient power, you may need to connect an external power source to the monitor's second USB-C port using the provided power adapter.
HDMI Connection (Video Only)
For devices with an HDMI output, use the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable for video signal. Power must be supplied separately.
- Connect one end of the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable to the monitor's Mini HDMI port.
- Connect the other end of the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable to your device's HDMI port.
- Connect the USB-A to USB-C cable to the monitor's USB-C power input port and the other end to a power source (e.g., power adapter, computer USB port).
- The monitor should detect the signal and power on.
Using the Protective Cover/Stand
The included protective cover can be folded to serve as a stand, allowing you to position the monitor at various viewing angles.
VESA Mounting
The monitor features VESA mount holes on the back, allowing it to be mounted on compatible monitor arms or stands (not included).

Power On/Off

- Brightness/Contrast: Adjust the display's luminance and contrast levels.
- Color Settings: Modify color temperature, hue, and saturation. The monitor supports 100% sRGB color gamut.
- Input Source: Manually select the input source (USB-C, HDMI) if auto-detection fails.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
No Signal / Black Screen
- Ensure all cables (USB-C, HDMI, power) are securely connected to both the monitor and the source device.
- Verify that the source device is powered on and outputting a video signal.
- If using USB-C, confirm that your device's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
- Try connecting an external power source to the monitor's USB-C power input.
- Manually select the input source in the OSD menu.
- Test with different cables or a different source device if possible.
No Power
- Check if the power adapter is properly connected to a working power outlet and the monitor.
- If using a single USB-C cable, ensure your device provides sufficient power. Try connecting the dedicated power adapter.
- Test the power adapter and cable with another compatible device if available.
Image Flickering or Distortion
- Ensure the video cable is not damaged and is securely connected.
- Adjust the display resolution and refresh rate on your source device to match the monitor's specifications.

No Sound from Speakers
- Increase the volume on both the monitor's OSD menu and your source device.
