1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the RISEBEST Air Tracker Tags. These MFi Certified smart trackers are designed to help you locate your valuable items quickly and efficiently using Apple's Find My app. This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, and maintain your Air Tracker Tags to ensure optimal performance.

2. Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions before using the device to prevent injury or damage.

• Battery Safety: The device uses a CR2032 coin cell battery. Keep batteries out of reach of children. Do not ingest battery. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
• Water Resistance: The Air Tracker Tag is IP68 water resistant. This means it can withstand submersion up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. Avoid prolonged submersion or exposure to high-pressure water jets.
• Temperature: Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this may affect battery life and performance.
• Disposal: Dispose of the device and battery according to local regulations. Do not dispose of in household waste.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to connect your RISEBEST Air Tracker Tag to your iPhone using the Find My app:

1. Power On: Press and hold the tag's function button for three seconds until you hear a beep to indicate power on.
2. Open Find My App: On your iPhone, open the 'Find My' app.
3. Add Item: Navigate to the 'Items' tab and tap 'Add Item'.
4. Select 'Other Supported Item': Choose the option 'Other Supported Item' to add your Air Tracker Tag.
5. Connect: Your iPhone will detect the nearby tracker. Follow the on-screen prompts to link the tag to your Apple ID.
6. Name Your Tag: Assign a name to your tag (e.g., 'Keys', 'Luggage', 'Backpack') and choose an emoji to easily identify it.
7. Activate: Once connected, the tag will appear in your Find My app. You can then test its functionality by playing a sound.

5. Operating Your Air Tracker Tag

5.1 Finding Nearby Items (Play Sound)

When your Air Tracker Tag is within Bluetooth range (up to 164 feet or 50 meters), you can make it play a sound to help you locate it.

• Open the 'Find My' app on your iPhone.
• Go to the 'Items' tab and select your Air Tracker Tag.
• Tap 'Play Sound'. The tag will emit a loud sound (up to 100dB) to guide you to its location.

5.2 Left-Behind Remind

Receive notifications on your iPhone if you leave your Air Tracker Tag behind and it goes out of Bluetooth range.

• Ensure notifications are enabled for the Find My app on your iPhone.
• If the tag is separated from your iPhone, you will receive an alert indicating its last known location on a map.

5.3 Lost Mode

If your item is truly lost, you can activate Lost Mode in the Find My app. This leverages the vast Apple Find My network to help you locate your item.

• In the 'Find My' app, select your Air Tracker Tag and activate 'Lost Mode'.
• You can enter a contact phone number and a message.
• If another Apple device user comes within range of your lost tag, you will receive an automatic notification of its location. The person who finds your tag can also see your contact information if they tap their iPhone on the tag.

5.4 Share Item (iOS 17 and above)

With iOS 17 or later, you can share your Air Tracker Tag with up to 5 other individuals, allowing them to view the item's location on a map.

• Ensure your iPhone is updated to iOS 17 or a newer version.
• In the 'Find My' app, select your Air Tracker Tag and choose the option to 'Share This Item'.
• Add the Apple IDs of the people you wish to share the item with.
• Note: Borrowers will not receive tracking notifications as the item moves with them.

5.5 Privacy Protection

Your location data and history with the Wireless key tracker remain private and encrypted. No public storage of your information ensures maximum privacy.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Replacement

The Air Tracker Tag uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery, which provides an enhanced battery life of up to 600 days. When the battery is low, you will receive a notification on your iPhone.

• To replace the battery, gently twist the back cover of the tag counter-clockwise to open it.
• Remove the old CR2032 battery and insert a new one with the positive (+) side facing up.
• Align the back cover and twist clockwise to secure it.

6.2 Cleaning

To clean your Air Tracker Tag, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the device.

6.3 Water Resistance

The device is IP68 water resistant. While it can withstand splashes and brief submersion, it is not designed for prolonged underwater use. Ensure the battery compartment is securely closed after replacement to maintain water resistance.
