Setup

Follow these steps to properly set up your Clear Tarp:

1. Unfold the tarpaulin carefully on a clean, flat surface. Note that due to vacuum packing, there may be creases initially. These will diminish over time once the tarp is hung or can be addressed as described in the Troubleshooting section.
2. Identify the reinforced edges and metal grommets. The tarp features metal perforations made of aluminum alloy, edge stitches made of polyester fiber, and corners with rubber triangular sleeves for enhanced durability.
3. Position the tarp in the desired location. Utilize the grommets, which are spaced every 50cm (approximately 20 inches), to secure the tarp.
4. Use the included bungee cords and rope to firmly attach the tarp to anchor points. Ensure all attachment points are taut to prevent sagging and maximize stability.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and performance of your Clear Tarp, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Clean the tarp using warm water. Machine washing is not recommended as it may damage the material. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: When not in use, clean and dry the tarp thoroughly before folding and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the tarp for any signs of wear, tear, or damage to the grommets and edges. Address any issues promptly to prevent further deterioration.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

• Wrinkles/Creases: To address wrinkle problems that may occur due to vacuum packing, simply warm the tarpaulin with a hairdryer, straighten the tarp from all four corners, or soak it in water until soft and dry it naturally. This ensures it remains flat and smooth for further usage.
• Difficulty Opening Package: Remember not to use a knife or sharp object to open the package to avoid scratching the tarp.
