1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your KETTLER SPORT HOI RIDE START exercise bike. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Required Tools (not included):

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Phillips head screwdriver
  1. Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure the transport wheels are on the front stabilizer bar.
  2. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Tighten securely.
  3. Mount Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post into the main frame and adjust to your desired height. Secure the saddle onto the seat post.
  4. Attach Handlebar Post and Handlebars: Connect the handlebar post to the main frame. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post, ensuring the digital monitor is correctly positioned and connected to the sensor cable.
  5. Final Check: Verify all bolts and nuts are tightened. Ensure the bike is stable and level using the adjustable feet on the stabilizer bars.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Saddle and Handlebars

  • Saddle Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, raise or lower the saddle until your leg is slightly bent at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob securely.
  • Handlebar Position: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post. Adjust the handlebar height for a comfortable riding posture. Ensure it is tightened firmly before use.

Using the Resistance System

The HOI RIDE START features a manual magnetic braking system with 10 levels of resistance.

  • Increase Resistance: Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase the workout intensity.
  • Decrease Resistance: Turn the resistance knob counter-clockwise to decrease the workout intensity.

Digital Monitor and App Connectivity

The integrated digital monitor displays key workout data. The bike also supports app connectivity for enhanced training.
