2. Safety Information

  • Eye Safety: Do not look directly into the LED light or shine it directly into the eyes of others. The high intensity light can cause temporary vision impairment or permanent eye damage.
  • Battery Safety: Use only the specified 3000mAh Lithium-Ion batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries. Do not expose batteries to fire or extreme temperatures.
  • Water Resistance: The headlamp is IP67 waterproof, meaning it is protected from dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, the battery case is not waterproof. Ensure the Type-C charging port cover is securely closed when exposed to water.
  • Heat: The headlamp may become warm during prolonged use, especially on high brightness modes. This is normal. Avoid direct contact with the lamp head when hot.
  • Children: Keep out of reach of children.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

Open the battery compartment located at the rear of the headlamp. Insert the three 3000mAh Lithium-Ion batteries according to the polarity markings (+/-) inside the compartment. Close the battery compartment securely.

3.2 Adjusting the Headband

The headlamp features a stretchable, adjustable headband. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug and comfortable fit on your head or over a hard hat. The lamp head can be tilted up to 90 degrees to direct the light as needed.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the headlamp body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. The elastic headband is detachable and washable for easy cleaning.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, charge the batteries fully before first use and periodically if the headlamp is stored for extended periods. Store the headlamp and batteries in a cool, dry place.

5.3 Water Resistance

The headlamp is rated IP67 waterproof. This means it is protected against dust ingress and can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Ensure all port covers are sealed tightly before exposing the headlamp to water. The battery case itself is not waterproof; protect it from direct water exposure.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Headlamp not turning on:
    • Check if batteries are correctly installed with proper polarity.
    • Ensure batteries are charged.
    • Verify the main switch button is functioning.
  • Dim light output:
    • Batteries may be low; recharge them.
    • Ensure the headlamp is not in energy-saving mode.
  • Sensor mode not responding:
    • Ensure sensor mode is activated (long press switch for 3 seconds).
    • Clean the sensor area to remove any obstructions.
  • Charging issues:
