2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. Please observe the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.

- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This heater has a built-in tip-over switch that automatically shuts off the power if the unit is accidentally knocked over.
- An overheat protection sensor is included, which automatically shuts off the heater in the event of excessive heat.
- The body of the heater is designed to remain cool to the touch during operation, allowing for safe handling and movement.

5. Setup
The EZ-HEAT MTBNT-12 Mini Fireplace Space Heater comes ready to use with no assembly required. Simply follow these steps:
- Remove the heater from its packaging.
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface, ensuring it is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from any walls, furniture, or other combustible materials.

6.1 Power On/Off and Heat Settings
- To Turn On: Rotate the main control knob from the 'Off' position to either 'Low' or 'High' heat setting. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Low Heat Setting: Select 'Low' for a steady, warming airflow (approximately 600 Watts).
- High Heat Setting: Select 'High' for a powerful current of warm air (approximately 1200 Watts).
- To Turn Off: Rotate the main control knob back to the 'Off' position.

6.2 Flame Effect Operation
The realistic 3D flame effect can be operated independently of the heat function.
- To Activate Flame Effect: With the heater plugged in, rotate the 'Flame' knob. The flame effect will illuminate.
- Adjust Flame Brightness: Continue rotating the 'Flame' knob to adjust the brightness of the flame effect.
- Flame Effect Without Heat: You can use the flame effect without activating the heat by ensuring the main control knob is in the 'Off' position while the 'Flame' knob is adjusted.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your heater.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the heater from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
