1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the NexLev VC-01 2-in-1 Handheld & Stick Vacuum Cleaner. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and care of your new appliance. Please read these instructions thoroughly before first use and retain them for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Always ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating indicated on the vacuum cleaner.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner on wet surfaces or to pick up liquids. This appliance is designed for dry vacuuming only.
  • Avoid picking up sharp objects, hot ashes, burning cigarettes, or large debris that could damage the motor or filter.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet before cleaning, performing maintenance, or when not in use.
  • Do not operate the vacuum cleaner with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

4. Assembly

4.1 Assembling the Stick Vacuum

  1. Insert the extension pipe into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the floor brush with wheels to the other end of the extension pipe, ensuring a firm connection.
  3. Ensure all connections are secure before operating.

4.2 Attaching Accessories

For handheld use, detach the extension pipe. The various attachments can be directly connected to the main unit or the flexible hose for extended reach.

  • Round Brush: Ideal for carpets, mats, and upholstery.
  • Crevice Nozzle: Designed for cleaning corners, vents, and narrow spaces.
  • Flexible Hose: Provides easy access to hard-to-reach areas when used with other nozzles.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner ON. Press it again to turn OFF.

5.2 Using as a Stick Vacuum

For floor cleaning, ensure the extension pipe and floor brush are assembled. Guide the vacuum cleaner over the desired surface. The wheeled floor brush allows for easy gliding across various floor types, including carpets and hard floors.

5.3 Using as a Handheld Vacuum

To use in handheld mode, detach the extension pipe. Attach the desired nozzle directly to the main unit. This mode is suitable for cleaning upholstery, stairs, curtains, shelves, and car interiors.

5.4 Cord Management

The vacuum cleaner features a 5-meter long cord, reducing the need for frequent outlet changes. Ensure the cord is not tangled or obstructing movement during operation.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Emptying the Dust Tank

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged.
  2. Press the release button to detach the 1-liter dust tank from the main unit.
  3. Empty the collected dust and debris into a waste bin.
  4. Reattach the dust tank securely until it clicks into place.

6.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter is washable and reusable. Clean it regularly to maintain suction power and filtration efficiency.

  1. After emptying the dust tank, remove the HEPA filter.
  2. Rinse the filter under running water until clean. Do not use detergents.
  3. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the dust tank. Ensure it is fully dry to prevent damage to the motor.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions:
