Introduction
Thank you for choosing the BIHOO 12V Cordless Drill Driver Set. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new tool. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.
Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
- Work Area Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded.
- Personal Safety: Always wear appropriate eye protection. Use safety glasses or goggles. Wear hearing protection when operating for extended periods. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
- Battery Pack Use and Care: Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

2. Attaching/Changing Bits
The keyless chuck allows for quick and easy bit changes without additional tools.
- Step 1: Loosen the chuck counterclockwise. Hold the rear part of the chuck and rotate the front part counterclockwise until the jaws are wide enough to insert the bit.
- Step 2: Insert the appropriate drill bit/batch head. Insert the desired drill bit or screwdriver bit into the chuck jaws. Ensure the bit is centered.
- Step 3: Tighten the chuck clockwise. Rotate the front part of the chuck clockwise until the bit is securely clamped. Do not overtighten.
- Step 4: Once installed, it can be used immediately.

Operation
1. Torque Settings (25+1)
The torque adjustment ring allows you to select the amount of rotational force for driving screws or drilling. Higher numbers provide more torque. The '+1' setting is for maximum drilling power.

Figure 5: Adjusting torque for different materials and tasks.
Use lower torque settings for smaller screws and softer materials to prevent stripping screws or damaging the workpiece. Use higher torque settings for larger screws and harder materials.

Figure 6: Torque settings for various applications.
2. Two-Speed Settings
The drill features a two-speed gearbox for optimal performance in different applications.
- Gear 1 (Low Speed): Ideal for high-torque applications such as driving screws or drilling large holes in soft materials. (0-400 RPM)
- Gear 2 (High Speed): Suitable for fast drilling in wood, metal, and plastics. (0-1600 RPM)

Figure 7: Two-speed zones and application guide.
3. Forward and Reverse Button
The forward/reverse button is located above the trigger. Push it to the left for forward rotation (driving screws/drilling) and to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws/bits).
