Pre-use Burn-off
Before first use, it is recommended to perform a burn-off cycle to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Operate the oven at its maximum temperature (500°F) for approximately 30-60 minutes with adequate ventilation. Some smoke and odor are normal during this process.

Cooking Modes

Using the Rotisserie Function

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Oven Interior
The oven features an enamel-coated interior for easy cleaning.
- Ensure the oven is cool and disconnected from power before cleaning.
- Remove all racks and accessories.
- Wipe down the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can damage the enamel.
- For stubborn stains, use an oven cleaner specifically designed for enamel surfaces, following the product instructions carefully.
- Rinse thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth and dry.

Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. For stainless steel parts, use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads.
Replacing the Oven Light
