3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement
Carefully remove the LG PuriCare AeroTower from its packaging. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in the desired room. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for optimal airflow.

3.2 Filter Installation
The AeroTower comes with a multi-layer filtration system. Before first use, ensure all filters are correctly installed and any protective packaging is removed. The filters are located in the lower section of the unit.
- Open the rear cover of the unit to access the filter compartment.
- Ensure the pre-filter, NanoFiber True HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter are securely in place.
- Close the rear cover until it clicks into position.

3.3 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The unit is now ready for operation.

4.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button on the top of the unit or on the remote control to turn the AeroTower on or off.

4.2 Mode Selection and Fan Speed

4.4 LG ThinQ App Integration

5. Maintenance
5.1 Filter Cleaning and Replacement
Regular maintenance of the filters is crucial for optimal performance and air quality. The unit will indicate when filter maintenance is required.
- Pre-Filter: The removable pre-filter should be cleaned regularly (e.g., once a month) by vacuuming or rinsing with water. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing.
- NanoFiber True HEPA Filter & Activated Carbon Filter: These filters are not washable and must be replaced when indicated by the unit or approximately every 12 months, depending on usage and air quality.

5.2 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
