Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your Yistao B19 headphones using the provided Type-C charging cable. Place both earbuds into the charging case. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

Pairing

To pair your headphones with a device:

1. Take out both earphones from the charging case and remove any protective stickers.
2. Place them back into the charging case for a few seconds.
3. Remove the two earphones from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode (blue lights may flash).
4. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for 'B19' in the list of available devices. Select 'B19' to connect. Once connected, the blue lights on the earbuds will turn off.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

The headphones automatically power on when removed from the charging case and power off when placed back into the case.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

Volume Control

Adjust volume directly from your connected device.

Voice Assistant

Triple tap on either earbud to activate your device's voice assistant.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

• Headphones not pairing:
  1. Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
  2. Place them back in the charging case, close the lid, then open it and remove them again to re-enter pairing mode.
  3. On your device, forget "B19" from your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• No sound from one earbud:
  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Wait a few seconds, then remove them.
  2. If the issue persists, try resetting the headphones to factory settings (refer to the Quick Guide or support card for specific instructions).
• Charging issues:
  1. Ensure the Type-C charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source.
  2. Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris.
