1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, usage, and maintenance of your BOLUO Stackable Storage Drawers. Designed for efficient organization, these units feature a sturdy metal frame, a durable wooden top board, and two spacious fabric drawers. The stackable design allows for versatile placement in various living spaces.

2. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, please ensure all parts are present and undamaged. Each set includes the following components:

• 2 x Metal Frames (for two units)
• 2 x Wooden Top Boards (for two units)
• 4 x Fabric Drawers (two per unit)
• 4 x Handles (two per unit)
• 8 x Rubber Pads (for stacking)
• Assembly Hardware (screws, tools if provided)

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for these storage drawers. Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Assemble the Metal Frame: Connect the metal frame pieces according to the included diagram. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
2. Attach the Wooden Top Board: Place the wooden top board onto the assembled metal frame. Secure it using the provided hardware.
3. Prepare the Fabric Drawers: Unfold each fabric drawer. Insert the bottom support panel to create a rigid base.
4. Attach Handles: Screw the handles onto the front of each fabric drawer.
5. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled fabric drawers into the metal frame.
6. Repeat for Second Unit: Follow steps 1-5 to assemble the second storage unit.

4. Usage and Stacking

These storage drawers are designed for versatile use and can be arranged to suit your space requirements.

4.1. Individual Use

Each unit can be used independently as a two-drawer storage solution. They are suitable for organizing clothing, accessories, office supplies, or other household items.

4.2. Stacking Instructions

To maximize vertical space, the units can be stacked. Follow these steps for secure stacking:

1. Ensure the bottom unit is placed on a stable, level surface.
2. Peel off one side of the protective film from the rubber pads.
3. Stick the pads onto the top corners of the bottom unit.
4. Carefully align the second unit directly on top of the first unit, ensuring the rubber pads are between the two units for stability and to prevent scratching.

4.3. Weight Capacity

• Each fabric drawer supports up to 13 lbs.
• The wooden top board supports up to 35 lbs.

5. Care and Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and functionality of your BOLUO Stackable Storage Drawers, follow these care guidelines:

• Cleaning the Frame and Top Board: Wipe the metal frame and wooden top board with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Cleaning the Fabric Drawers: Spot clean fabric drawers with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity for drawers and the top board.
• Placement: Place the units on a level surface to prevent instability.

• Drawers Not Sliding Smoothly: Ensure the fabric drawers are correctly inserted and not overloaded. Check for any obstructions within the frame.
