4. Setup and Installation Guide

This generator requires a mounting rod with a diameter of 48-54mm (1.89-2.13 inches), which is not included in the package.

  1. Inventory Parts: Confirm all 6 support brackets and 3 fan blades are present.
  2. Position Turbine: Carefully place the wind turbine vertically. Ensure the output wire is not crushed by the bottom flange. The upper cover plate of the wind turbine does not need to be removed. Blades can be adjusted during installation.
  3. Attach Brackets to Blades: Connect each support bracket to a fan blade using the preloaded bolts on the upper and lower cover plates.
  4. Secure Blade Brackets: Fix the bolts in the mounting holes at the end of each blade bracket from the outside of the wind blade, preloading them.
  5. Tighten Components: Securely tighten all bolts for the blades and brackets. Gently toggle the blades to ensure there is no abnormal noise or jamming. Tighten the adjusting nut under the upper cover plate to firmly fix the upper cover plate.
  6. Mount to Tower Pole: Align the flange hole of the wind generator with the flange hole on your tower pole. Place flat washers and spring washers, then tighten the nut securely.
