Setup

Initial Charging:

1. Before first use, fully charge the massager.
2. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the massager's charging port.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically provides 70 minutes of continuous use or 10-12 sessions of 10 minutes each.

Wearing the Massager:

1. Place the massager around your neck or desired body part (back, shoulder, leg).
2. Adjust the shoulder strap to a comfortable position. The upgraded back buckle design allows for hands-free use.
3. You can also manually pull the straps to adjust the massage position and intensity during use.

Operating Instructions

The massager features simple button controls for ease of use.

Power On/Off:

• Press and hold the Power button (O/I) for 2 seconds to turn the massager on.
• Press and hold the Power button (O/I) again for 2 seconds to turn the massager off.
• The device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of continuous operation.

Adjusting Massage Modes:

• After powering on, the massager will start in a default mode.
• Press the Mode button (M) to cycle through the available massage modes (3 gears/modes).
• Select the mode that best suits your preference.

Activating Heat Function:

• Press the Heat button (~) to activate the heat function.
• Press the Heat button again to switch between the two temperature levels: 40°C (low-end) and 45°C (high-end).
• Press the Heat button a third time to turn off the heat function.
