1. Introduction

5. Setup

1. Install Battery: Insert a fully charged Dewalt 20V Max or Mellif 20V battery into the battery port at the base of the inflator until it clicks securely into place.
2. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you wish to inflate.
   • Standard Schrader valve (cars, most bicycles): Use the pre-attached hose connector.
   • Presta valve (some bicycles): Use the brass adapter.
   • Sports balls: Use the silver ball needle.
   • Inflatables (pool toys, air mattresses): Use the black conical nozzle.
3. Attach Nozzle: Screw the selected nozzle adapter onto the inflation hose connector if required.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button (usually the 'M' or Mode button) to turn on the inflator. The digital display will illuminate, showing the current pressure unit and real-time pressure.
2. Select Pressure Unit: Press the 'M' (Mode) button repeatedly to cycle through PSI, BAR, and KPA units until your desired unit is displayed.
3. Set Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure to the recommended level for your item. The display will show the target pressure.
4. Connect to Item: Securely attach the inflation hose (with the correct nozzle) to the valve stem of the item you are inflating. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
5. Start Inflation: Press the trigger or start button to begin inflation. The inflator will operate, and the digital display will show the real-time pressure increasing.
6. Auto Shut-Off: The inflator will automatically stop once the preset target pressure is reached.
7. Disconnect: Once inflation is complete, quickly disconnect the hose from the valve stem. A small amount of air may escape during disconnection, which is normal.
8. Power Off: Press and hold the power button to turn off the inflator, or it may automatically power off after a period of inactivity.

Using the LED Light:

The integrated LED light can be activated by a dedicated button (if available) or by a short press of the power button when the unit is on. It will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.

• Cleaning: Wipe the inflator with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
