These headphones are designed to provide an immersive audio experience with advanced Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) technology, blocking up to 95% of ambient noise. They also feature a Transparency Mode to keep you aware of your surroundings when needed. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new headphones.

Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the various parts and controls of your L50 ANC headphones.

Key Components:

• Power Button: Used for powering on/off and Bluetooth pairing.
• Volume Up/Next Track Button: Short press for volume up, long press for next track.
• Volume Down/Previous Track Button: Short press for volume down, long press for previous track.
• Multi-function Button (MFB): Play/Pause, Answer/End calls, activate voice assistant.
• ANC/Transparency Mode Switch: Toggles between Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and normal mode.
• USB-C Charging Port: For charging the headphones.
• 3.5mm Audio Jack: For wired connection.
• LED Indicator: Shows power, pairing, and charging status.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. A full charge provides up to 80 hours of playtime (ANC off) or 50 hours (ANC on).

• Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
• The LED indicator will show charging status (specific color/behavior not provided, assume standard red for charging, off/blue for full).
• A 10-minute charge provides approximately 6 hours of listening time.

2. Powering On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately. A voice prompt "Turn on/Off" will confirm.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the red light flashes 3 times and then turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode when powered on for the first time or if no device is connected.

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "L50 ANC" from the list of devices.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt "Your BT is connected" will be heard, and the LED indicator will stop flashing.
6. The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if within range.

4. Wired Connection (3.5mm Audio Cable)

You can use the headphones with non-Bluetooth devices or when the battery is depleted.

• Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio jack on the headphones.
• Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio output of your device.
• Note: ANC function and microphone are not available when using the headphones in wired mode. To maximize battery life in wired mode, ensure ANC is disabled.

Operating Instructions

1. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode

The L50 ANC headphones offer three modes: ANC On, Transparency Mode, and Normal Mode (ANC Off).

• Locate the ANC/Transparency Mode switch on the headphone earcup.
• ANC On: Slide the switch to activate Active Noise Cancellation. This mode significantly reduces ambient noise, ideal for travel or noisy environments.
• Transparency Mode: Slide the switch again to enter Transparency Mode. This mode allows you to hear your surroundings clearly without removing the headphones, useful for announcements or conversations.
• Normal Mode (ANC Off): Slide the switch a third time to turn off both ANC and Transparency Mode.

2. Music Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Click the Multi-function Button (MFB) once.
• Next Song: Long press the Volume Up button.
• Previous Song: Long press the Volume Down button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

3. Call Management

• Answer Incoming Call: Click the MFB once.
• Reject Incoming Call: Click the MFB once.
• End Call: Press the MFB for 2 seconds.
• Call-back Last Number: Click the MFB twice.

4. Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Click the MFB three times.

5. Wearing the Headphones

For optimal comfort and sound quality, adjust the headphones properly.

• Extend or retract the adjustable headband to fit your head size.
• Ensure the earcups fully cover your ears for effective noise cancellation and sound delivery.
• The earcups can swivel 90 degrees and fold for easy storage and transport.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
