- Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

- Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Adequate air is needed for proper combustion and exhausting of gases through the flue (chimney) of fuel-burning equipment to prevent back-drafting. Follow the heating equipment manufacturer's guideline and safety standards such as those published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and the local code authorities.
- When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do not damage electrical wiring and other hidden utilities.
- Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors.

4. Setup and Installation
The Iamsii Under Cabinet Range Hood is designed for under-cabinet mounting and offers versatile venting options: rectangular or round exhaust on the top, or rectangular exhaust at the back. A template is provided to assist with precise drilling and cutting for your chosen ventilation system.
- Preparation: Before installation, ensure you have the necessary tools and that the mounting area is clear. It is highly recommended to have two people for installation due to the weight of the unit.
- Mounting: Use the provided template to mark the screw holes and vent cutouts on your cabinet or wall. Secure the range hood using the appropriate screws and anchors for your surface type.
- Ducting: Connect the range hood to your ventilation system using either the rectangular or round exhaust connector. Ensure all connections are sealed properly to prevent air leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the range hood to a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
The Iamsii Range Hood offers multiple convenient ways to control its functions:
- Touch Control Panel: The sleek touch panel on the front of the hood allows direct control over all functions.
- Gesture Sensing: Wave your hand in front of the sensor to adjust fan speed or activate/deactivate functions without touching the panel.
- Remote Control: Use the included remote control for convenient operation from a distance.
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button on the touch panel or remote, or use the designated gesture to turn the unit on or off.
5.2 Fan Speed Control
The hood features four fan speeds. Adjust the speed using the '+' and '-' buttons on the touch panel/remote, or by waving your hand across the gesture sensor (wave right to increase, wave left to decrease).

5.3 Light Control
Activate the two LED lights by pressing the light button on the touch panel or remote. The lights provide ample illumination for your cooking area.

5.4 Delay Shutdown and Timer
The 3-minute delay shutdown feature allows the fan to continue operating for a short period after cooking to ensure all residual fumes are cleared. A 15-minute adjustable timer is also available for customized operation.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Iamsii Range Hood.
6.1 Cleaning Baffle Filters
The stainless steel baffle filters are designed for easy removal and cleaning. They are dishwasher-safe, making maintenance simple and effective.
- To remove: Locate the release latches on each filter, push them inward, and gently pull the filter downwards.
- Cleaning: Place the filters in your dishwasher for a thorough cleaning, or wash them by hand with warm, soapy water.
- To reinstall: Align the filter with the slots and push it upwards until the latches click into place.

6.2 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that could scratch the finish.
