6. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your Gaiatop Space Heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater does not turn on. | No power, power switch off, tip-over switch activated, or overheat protection activated. | Ensure the heater is plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power switch is ON. Place the heater on a flat, stable surface. Unplug the heater, wait 30 minutes for it to cool down, then plug it back in. |
| Heater blows cold air or insufficient heat. | Fan mode selected, low heat setting, or room temperature is already at or above the set temperature. | Select a higher heat mode (e.g., 1500W). Increase the desired temperature setting. Ensure air inlets/outlets are not blocked. |
| Heater makes a beeping sound and stops heating. | Tip-over protection activated. | Ensure the heater is placed upright on a stable, flat surface. If it was tipped, stand it upright, and it should resume operation. |
| Remote control not working. | Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted, or remote is too far from the heater. | Replace batteries in the remote control. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity. Move closer to the heater (within 33 feet). |
| Heater shuts off automatically after 24 hours. | Built-in safety feature for continuous operation. | This is normal operation. If you wish to continue heating, simply turn the heater back on. |
