This extractor hood is designed for built-in installation within kitchen cabinetry. Professional installation is recommended.

4.2 Electrical Connection

The hood requires a 220V~50Hz power supply. The power cord is 1.5m long. Ensure the electrical connection is made by a qualified electrician.

4.3 Ventilation Options

This model supports an inner loop (recirculating) operation, which means it does not require an external smoke pipe. It absorbs oil fume through the oil screen filter and activated carbon, then discharges purified air back into the kitchen.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Control

To operate the hood, gently pull out the hidden front panel. This action will typically activate the fan and lights. The control buttons for fan speed (fast/slow) are located on the panel. Press the desired speed button to adjust the suction power.

5.2 LED Lights

The hood is equipped with two 1.5W LED lights. A dedicated button on the control panel allows you to turn the lights on or off independently of the fan operation.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your extractor hood.

6.1 Cleaning the Metal Filters

The 3-layer metal filters should be cleaned regularly, depending on usage. They can be easily detached for cleaning.

  1. Ensure the hood is turned off and disconnected from the power supply.
  2. Locate the release latches on the filters and gently pull them down to remove.
  3. Clean the filters using warm soapy water or a dishwasher. For stubborn grease, a degreasing agent may be used.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before re-installing.

Wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can scratch the finish.
