Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your OQIMAX CP210 adapter, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Solution
Device does not power on. Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
Cannot connect via Bluetooth.
  • Verify the adapter is in the correct mode (RX for connecting to a phone, TX for connecting to headphones/speakers).
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your source/receiving device.
  • Disable Bluetooth on other nearby devices to prevent interference.
  • Keep the adapter and the paired device within 33 feet (10 meters) during pairing.
  • If the blue indicator light is constantly on, it means the adapter is already connected to another device. Disconnect it from the other device or restart the adapter.
No sound or low volume/noise.
  • Ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is fully and securely inserted into both the adapter's Aux port and your audio device's input/output.
  • Adjust the volume on your connected audio source (e.g., smartphone, TV) as the adapter itself does not have volume controls.
  • Check the volume level on your receiving device (car stereo, headphones).
Car stereo is not compatible. The car stereo must have an AUX input port for the adapter to function in RX mode. If your car lacks an AUX port, this adapter is not compatible.
Poor call quality (microphone issues). Ensure the adapter's microphone is not obstructed. For optimal call quality, try to keep the adapter in a position where the microphone is facing you and is not too far away.
