1. Product Overview

The BLUBYEES 4-in-1 Electric Wine Aerator is a versatile device designed to enhance your wine experience. It combines four key functions: aeration, decanting, dispensing, and vacuum preservation. This device features an LED digital display for real-time monitoring of wine temperature and bottle pressure, along with precise pouring control.

2. Package Contents

Before using your BLUBYEES Electric Wine Aerator, please ensure all items are present:

  • Electric Wine Aerator Unit

3. Setup and Charging

  1. Assemble the Device: Attach the adjustable tube to the bottom of the aerator unit. Ensure it is securely fitted.
  2. Charge the Device: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the aerator. Use a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) to charge the device. The LED display will indicate the battery level. A full charge can dispense approximately 66 bottles of 750ml wine.
  3. Prepare the Wine Bottle: Remove the cork or screw cap from your wine bottle.
  4. Insert into Bottle: Carefully insert the assembled aerator unit with the tube into the neck of the wine bottle. Ensure a snug fit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Dispensing and Aeration

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually indicated by a wine glass icon) for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The LED screen will illuminate.
  2. Set Volume (Optional): Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the LED screen to adjust the desired pouring volume in milliliters (ranging from 50ml to 999ml).
  3. Pour Wine: Place your wine glass under the spout. Double-click the power button to begin dispensing. The device will automatically aerate the wine as it pours.
    • A red light indicates a longer aeration pump (approx. 180 seconds).
    • A pink light indicates a shorter aeration pump (approx. 20 seconds).
    • A blue light indicates standby mode or that pouring has stopped.
  4. Stop Pouring: Press the power button once at any time to stop the flow of wine. The light will turn blue.

4.2 Vacuum Preservation

To preserve leftover wine, the device can vacuum seal the bottle:

  1. Ensure the aerator is securely placed on the wine bottle.
  2. Double-click the vacuum button (usually indicated by a droplet icon or similar) to activate the vacuum function. The device will automatically pump air out of the bottle until the pressure reaches -50Kpa, preserving the wine for up to 30 days.
  3. The device will automatically monitor and adjust the vacuum level if it rises above -40Kpa.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your wine aerator:

  1. Remove from Bottle: Carefully remove the aerator unit from the wine bottle.
  2. Rinse the Tube: Detach the adjustable tube from the main unit. Rinse both the tube and the spout of the main unit with clean water.
  3. Clean Internally: Place the tube into a cup of clean water. Press the dispense button to pump water through the device until the water flowing out is clear. Repeat several times.
  4. Air Dry: Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Important: The device is waterproof and can be rinsed, but it is not meant to be soaked in water. Avoid submerging the main unit.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device Not Turning On:
    • Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow sufficient time to charge.
    • Verify the power button is pressed and held for 2 seconds.
  • Wine Not Dispensing:
    • Check if the adjustable tube is properly inserted into the wine bottle and the aerator unit.
    • Ensure the device is powered on and the LED screen is active.
    • Double-click the power button to initiate dispensing.
    • Confirm there is sufficient wine in the bottle.
  • Vacuum Function Not Working:
    • Ensure the aerator is securely sealed on the bottle neck.
    • Double-click the vacuum button to activate.
    • Check battery level; low battery might affect vacuum performance.
  • "ERR" Message on Display:
    • This may indicate an internal error. Try turning the device off and on again.
    • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Metal Rod/Tube Issues:
    • Handle the adjustable tube carefully during insertion, removal, and cleaning to prevent bending or breakage.
    • If the tube is damaged, contact customer support for replacement options.
