5. Setup and Installation

Professional installation is highly recommended for this electric water heater to ensure safety and proper functionality. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Measure and Mark: Measure the size of the water heater's hanging plate. Then, measure and mark the corresponding positions on the wall where the water heater will be mounted.
2. Drill Holes: Drill holes for the expansion screw hooks at the marked positions.
3. Install Hooks: Insert the rubber pads into the drilled holes, then screw in the expansion screw hooks. Use a wrench to reinforce and lock the hooks securely.
4. Mount Water Heater: Carefully lift and hang the electric water heater onto the installed hooks.
5. Connect Water Inlet/Outlet:
   • Identify the water inlet (blue lid) and water outlet (red lid) ports on the bottom of the unit. The golden position is for the sewage magnesium pump port.
   • Twist off the blue and red covers.
   • Install the anti-electric walls into both the water inlet and outlet ports. Ensure the rubber pads are correctly placed to prevent leaks.
   • Install the safety valve onto the water inlet side (blue lid side). Pay attention to check for the rubber pad inside the safety valve.
   • Install the water mixing valve onto the anti-electric walls. Ensure the rubber pads are correctly placed. Tighten all nuts with a wrench.
6. Install Shower Hook and Shower:
   • Drill a hole for the shower hook on the wall. Insert the rubber pad and install the shower hook buckle.
   • Connect the shower hose to the mixing valve. Ensure the rubber pad is in place.
   • Install the shower head onto the hose and hang it on the shower hook.
7. Fill Water Heater: Turn on the main water supply switch. Turn the mixing valve switch to the far left to open the water flow. Be sure to wait for the hot water equipment to fill up completely until water spurts out from the shower head. This proves the water heater is filled with water.
8. Power Connection: Plug the water heater into a grounded electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once the water heater is filled with water and plugged in, ensure the power light on the plug is illuminated.
2. Set Temperature: Turn the black knob on the right side of the unit to adjust the desired water temperature. The LED display will show the current temperature. The temperature regulation range is 25-75°C (77-167°F).
3. Heating Indicator: The 'Heat' indicator light will illuminate when the water heater is actively heating. The 'Keep' indicator light will show when the water has reached the set temperature.
4. Wait for Heating: Allow sufficient time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature before use.
5. Power Off: To turn off the heating function, turn the temperature knob to the 'OFF' position. For complete power disconnection, unplug the unit.
