3. Setup & Installation

3.1 Unpacking

1. Remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective films.

3.2 Placement

5.1 Defrosting

Thanks to MinFrost technology, ice formation is significantly reduced, meaning you will need to defrost less frequently. However, periodic defrosting is still necessary when the ice layer reaches approximately 5 mm (0.2 inches) thickness.

1. Unplug the freezer from the power outlet.
2. Remove all food items and store them in another freezer or cooler.
3. Leave the lid open to allow the ice to melt naturally. You can place towels at the bottom to absorb water. Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to speed up defrosting, as this can damage the appliance.
4. Once all ice has melted, clean the interior.
5. Wipe the interior dry thoroughly before plugging the freezer back in and returning food.

5.2 Interior Cleaning

• After defrosting, clean the interior surfaces with a solution of mild detergent and warm water.
• Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
