Setup
1. Unboxing and Placement
Carefully remove the EyeVac Air unit from its packaging. Place the unit on a flat, dry surface, preferably against a wall or cabinet where sweeping is common. Ensure the power cord can reach an electrical outlet without being strained.
2. Filter Installation
The EyeVac Air uses two HEPA H-13 filters and activated carbon filters for air purification. These are typically pre-installed but should be checked before first use.
- Locate the filter covers on each side of the unit. Gently press the release tabs and pull the covers open.
- Ensure the HEPA filters are securely in place.
- Close the filter covers until they click into position.

Air Purifier Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the 'Power' button on the Air Purifier side of the control panel to turn the air purification function on or off.
- Modes: Select between 'Auto' and 'Man' (Manual) modes. In 'Auto' mode, the air purifier activates for a 4-hour cycle when the vacuum is used. In 'Man' mode, you can manually control the fan speed.
- Fan Speed: In 'Man' mode, adjust the fan speed (low, medium, high) to your preference.
- Filter Indicator: A light will illuminate when it's time to check or replace the air filters.
Touchless Vacuum Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the 'Power' button on the Vacuum side of the control panel to turn the vacuum function on or off.
- Modes: Select between 'Auto' and 'Man' (Manual) modes. In 'Auto' mode, infrared sensors detect debris and automatically activate the vacuum. In 'Man' mode, you can manually activate the vacuum by pressing the 'Activate' button.
- Sweeping: Sweep debris towards the intake slot at the base of the unit. The sensors will detect the debris and activate the vacuum to suck it into the dustbin.
- Dustbin Full Indicator: A light will illuminate when the dustbin is full and needs to be emptied.

Maintenance
1. Emptying the Dustbin
When the 'Full' indicator light on the vacuum side of the control panel illuminates, the dustbin needs to be emptied.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Open the front panel of the unit.
- Carefully remove the dustbin.
- Empty the collected debris into a trash receptacle.
- Rinse the dustbin with water if necessary and ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
- Place the clean dustbin back into the unit and close the front panel securely.

2. Replacing Air Filters
The HEPA H-13 and Activated Carbon filters should be replaced approximately every 6-8 months, or when the 'Filter' indicator light on the air purifier side illuminates.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Open the filter covers on each side of the unit.
- Remove the old filters by pulling on the tabs.

- Close the filter covers until they click into position.
- Plug the unit back in. The 'Filter' indicator light should reset.

3. Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- Unit not turning on: Ensure the unit is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the power buttons for both vacuum and air purifier are pressed.
- Vacuum not activating in Auto mode: Ensure the unit is in 'Auto' mode. Check that the infrared sensors at the base are not obstructed or dirty. Ensure debris is swept close enough to the intake slot.
- Reduced suction/airflow: Check if the dustbin is full and needs emptying. Inspect filters for excessive dirt or blockages and replace if necessary. Ensure all panels and the dustbin are securely closed.
- Air purifier not working: Ensure the air purifier power button is pressed. Check the 'Filter' indicator light and replace filters if needed.
