Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Attaching Accessories:
- Insert the desired attachments (beaters or dough hooks) into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Ensure they click securely into place. The beaters are interchangeable, but dough hooks must be inserted into their respective slots (one with a collar, one without).
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged before attaching or removing accessories.
- Power Connection: Plug the mixer into a standard 220V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Preparation: Place ingredients in a suitable mixing bowl.
- Attachment Selection: Choose either the beaters for whisking and mixing lighter batters, or the dough hooks for kneading heavier doughs.
- Starting the Mixer: With the attachments securely in place and the mixer plugged in, lower the attachments into the ingredients. Select the desired speed using the speed control switch. The mixer offers 5 speed settings.
- Mixing: Move the mixer slowly through the ingredients to ensure even mixing.
- Turbo Function: For a burst of maximum power, press and hold the Turbo button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- Stopping the Mixer: Once mixing is complete, switch the speed control to the "0" (off) position. Lift the mixer from the bowl.
- Ejecting Attachments: Unplug the mixer from the outlet. Press the eject button to release the beaters or dough hooks.
Usage Tips
- Start mixing at a low speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase to the desired speed.
- Do not overload the mixer. If the motor strains, reduce the quantity of ingredients or switch to a lower speed.
- Allow the mixer to cool down if used for extended periods, especially with heavy doughs.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before cleaning.
