Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the fan from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the fan on a firm, level surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for optimal airflow and to prevent obstruction of the grilles.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the fan's power switch is in the "OFF" position. Plug the 9-foot power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Turning On: Rotate the 3-speed motor switch (located on the fan housing) clockwise to select your desired speed setting:
    • Position 1: Low Speed (5900 CFM)
    • Position 2: Medium Speed (7000 CFM)
    • Position 3: High Speed (8300 CFM)
  2. Adjusting Airflow Direction: Loosen the tilting fix knobs on either side of the fan housing. Tilt the fan to the desired angle (up to 180 degrees). Once the desired angle is achieved, tighten the tilting fix knobs securely to lock the fan in place.
  3. Turning Off: Rotate the 3-speed motor switch counter-clockwise until it clicks into the "OFF" position. Unplug the fan from the power outlet when not in use for extended periods.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your fan.

  • Cleaning:
    • Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
    • Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces of the fan. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
    • Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment or compressed air to remove dust and debris from the fan grilles and blades.
    • Ensure the fan is completely dry before plugging it back in.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the fan in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. It is recommended to cover the fan to protect it from dust.
  • Motor Lubrication: The fan motor is permanently lubricated and requires no additional lubrication.
